HOTEL CHERAGA, ALGER
Project Details
The project is located in the Dely-Brahim district of Algiers, on an area of 3000 m2. It is on an arterial road in the city center, witnessing an extensive construction process. As a matter of fact, the design which was prepared to fulfill the requirements for a 4* hotel, has an important location within downtown Algiers. Both for its orientation and its form, the building takes as reference the multi-functional (offices, residences, shopping mall) building close by, whose construction will finish soon. Material selection and facade design led to asymmetrical forms within the design.
